I am a PhD student in AI for Society and part of the Mappa lab at the University of Pisa. I studied archaeology during my bachelor’s and master’s degrees when I became interested in programming and started exploring the field of Artificial Intelligence. My PhD research focuses on using AI techniques to reconstruct ancient vegetation landscapes starting from pollen data.
