Kai Salas Rossenbach, a senior archaeologist and prehistorian, studied archaeology at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris. His early research was in South America and he has also worked in Arabia, Africa, Asia and Europe. He joined INRAP in 2007. He has directed many archaeological projects funded by public and private actors around the world. He currently works in INRAP’s Scientific and Technical Department as Deputy Director for International Affairs.
