PhD. Eng. Albina Toçilla is a telecommunication engineer. She is graduated with a Master’s degree in 2017 from the Faculty of Information Technology at Tirana Polytechnic University, with excellent results. With over seven years of experience in higher education, she currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Scientific Research at Polis University. She completed her doctoral studies through a “Double Degree” program and an interdisciplinary one offered by Polis University, Albania, and the University of Ferrara, Italy, graduating in December 2024.
