Dylan is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in the Climate School and Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University. He is an archaeologist specializing in remote sensing applications and human-environmental interaction. Dylan’s research interests primarily focus on human responses to hypervariable conditions. In particular, he’s interested in how societal actions can influence environmental systems, and how people are impacted by unpredictable climatic conditions.
