Senior research engineer in computational archaeology at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center – Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS) with an AI4Science fellowship, associate researcher at the Ramsey Laboratory for Environmental Archaeology from the University of Toronto Mississauga and at the Landscape Archaeology Research Group from the Catalan Institute of Classical Archaeology (ICAC). I obtained my PhD on classical archaeology at the ICAC of the University of Rovira i Virgili. Likewise, I am a telecommunications engineer from the University of the Basque Country with a master’s degree in computer security from the International University of La Rioja. I have worked as a product engineer in electronic design, and as a software developer in web and mobile applications and in cloud computing. Also, I have collaborated in different archaeological sites in Mexico and Catalonia.
